C2 door hinge bushings and pins

Are the pins and bushings sold by LIC a good fit. The ones I got from the local auto parts store are the wrong sizes.

They were available from GM and probably still are. I got a set from a Cadillac dealer some years ago. They used the same size bushings and pins for many years across all GM lines. The new pins I received were about 1/4" longer than the original so I ground them down to the original size the bushings fit fine.

I used a set in my 66 a couple of years ago from LIMCT and they were fine

Pin and bushings are available from GM under replacement part numbers:

pins------GM #20046147

bushings-----GM #9721917

The pins need to be shortened which is easy.

thanks Joe called my local dealer and got them ordered well cheaper then the vendors
