Take a look at the upper 2018 part of this thread. I use a catheter syringe to force fluid through the pump inlet to see it spray at the nozzles. That way you know if the problem is not with blockage in the nozzles.
Next thing to check is if the washer pump is clicking when you push the switch. That checks the switch.
Next thing is to suck on the inlet to the pump. You should be able to build up a negative pressure. If not, it is the little rubble seals on the pump valve. I put in a new valve where one of the rubber seals had a reversed curvature and would not seal on the back pressure.
The last thing would be to check the bellows. See the upper part of this thread where there are pictures and references to other threads.
