67 390HP Air Cleaner vent Tube - Replacement needed

All,

I need a replacement vent tube that is spot welded into the base of my air cleaner. It is a 427 390HP base. I vaguely remember someone advertising an exact replacement (ie the correct end configuration) in the driveline, but I can't seem to find the advertisement.

This is the vent tube I'm looking for (someone smashed the backside of the tube):
