At one point the Northeast Chapter was sharing some other chapter newsletters with its members. Anyone who received them and did not want them could simply delete them. I like the idea of signing up for newsletters and like almost every other email I receive I have the option to unsubscribe. A member could then opt in and out as their need for information changes.

And I do realize it easy to give opinions and suggestions. The reality is someone will have to do the work. So please consider my post as me just me talking out loud!

Hi Dave,

How about killing two birds with one stone? Add a single newsletter distribution button to the web site. Allow any member who wants to receive all the newsletters to add their name to the newsletter distribution via another button.

I'm no expert about this stuff, but building, running and maintaining an email distribution list seems like a lot of work. It may be simpler to just have a set of URLs under the homepage where members can go to view/download them.
