Radiator overflow tank

Were 1968 Corvettes equipped with the aluminum radiator overflow tanks, mounted inside engine compartment on passenger's side wheel well? Thank you for ant responses.

The one word answer to your question is yes. Not all '68 Corvette had aluminum radiators or expansion/surge/overflow tanks though. It all depends on the engine option.

Small blocks with manual transmission used aluminum supply tanks. Small blocks with Turbo-Hydramatic transmission and all big blocks except L-88 did not use external supply tanks. L-88 did use an external supply tank.
