If I were going for judging and maximum points, I would buy a carbon steel system from Gardner's and use the NOS mufflers. The right person can skillfully mate the NOS mufflers to the Gardner pipes, and it will look so close to original it's amazing. I've seen a system like this.

The York Yankee did a set for me that I installed on a 71 LS6 that resides in TX. They came out great!

I want to advertise the GM system for sale in the Driveline any ideas as to what it is worth ?

$3,000.00 if complete from the head pipes to the mufflers...if they were purchased in 1970.

If the head pipes are not assembly line correct, a grand is a fair price.
