    Glad I posted Gary. The car's final assembly was December 1st, 1965. The trim tag shows C30 which is November 30th, 1965 for a St. Louis body build date.

      I've been keeping track using Trim Tag dates, so I'll change your date in the database to 11/30/65.

        That's correct Gary. These databases that you compile benefit us all. Could aid in possibly spotting something fishy for sale out there.

          Mike,

          Spotting fishy things wasn't my motivation. I wanted the language in the '66 TIM&JG to reflect reality. Previously, the JG mentioned only 6 brackets per side. That doesn't accurately describe 2/3rds of the '66s out there. The newest edition of the '66 JG is much better.
