This is a NYLON gear originally of GM #3924097 and later GM #6261795. The latter was discontinued by GM without supersession more than 35 years ago. This gear is retained to the mainshaft by a small metal clip of GM #1373122.
You can probably obtain this gear in reproduction from the source that Mark suggests or, if not, other sources.
By the way, this gear was used only on a small number of 1970 Corvettes---those with a rear gear ration of 3.70:1 or numerically higher and using speedometer DRIVEN gears of 22 tooth (green) to 25 tooth count.In Appreciation of John Hinckley- Top
