Hello:
Is there any concern with installing a cast iron intake manifold on my 1970 350 engine when it is cold (25 degrees) in my garage?

Yes, you will get very cold. Consider a heater.

No problem. However, if you use RTV silicone sealer in place of the rubber end seals, as I highly recommend, it will take longer for the RTV to cure.

The coefficient of cold Cast Iron to Fingers is about the same as using an Out-House in January....What Joe said.
