i use white lithium grease. i use it also on the nylon rollers and the tracks they run in. mike

Lithium grease is the way to go but.... it comes in several forms, tubes, hard cardboard canisters and spray cans. If you can get to the parts that need to be lubed go with a manual application - a dab squeezed from a tube or scooped up from the canister. The problem with spray cans, as I have observed, is that it appears to be diluted and not very thick or pasty, probably so it will vacate the pressure can and, the pressure causes it to splash all over the place. Just my experience.
