    F40- F41 sticker shock

I just purchased some F40 shock stickers from a well known supplier, the font is less than 3/8 high (small sticker) I also have a set of the same supplier that I've had for 20 + years and the font is 1/2 high, Which one should I use? and where about on the shock should I place it

    Robert:

See this link from a few days ago. An original 1967 shock and label from JohnZ. Hopefully this will help you decide.

There are probably other pics in the archives if you search.

Thanks Larry, I did a search, but not in the archives, I will do that. Looks like the sticker is the large one? Its has been in a envelope for 20 years, but why wouldn't they sell the right one?

      Thanks again

Paul Noble reproduces an accurate example.

I know that for 70-72 the smaller sticker is closer to correct. I suspect that whoever prints them did a "one size fits all" printing for sticker shocks, or used a later year format for a 1967 sticker.
I do not know if the smaller size is correct for 1967, but am just sharing my observations.

              Hi,
Here's the location and size of a rear shock broadcast code sticker from my 71 std. suspension.
I'm thinking the 2 'dots' are the remains of the upper legs of the V. (VS)
              Regards,
