'96 wheel center cap rubber O-ring seal?

I just obtained a correct set of 5 spoke wheels and center caps for my '96 CE. One of the Corvette parts vendors lists a rubber O-ring seal for these caps. My question is; did they come with these seals from the factory. Just curious...the judging manual doesn't specify. Thanks, Paul

No O ring that I remember. Snap in caps.

Thanks Tom. BTW...my car has a BUDS emblem under the hood centered along the top inside edge (hood open) . I suspect it was originally purchased from BUDS.

The 1996 wheels did not use an o-ring seal for the center cap. However, the 1988-89 QA1, 17" wheels did use such a seal. These caps, GM #10055340 and about 150 bucks each GM list at the time they were discontinued, were among the most expensive caps ever used on a Corvette aluminum wheel. The o-ring seal was GM #10097592, also now discontinued.
