I found this table on CAC that shows production numbers per month. A similar table is probably in the Judges Guide.

I don't have any idea if there were any work stoppage during January 1967 but there were 2355 cars produced. New Years day fell on Sunday so I don't know if they worked Monday the 2nd if they did, there were 22 working days during January. So 2355/22 = 107 average cars per day.

Given that no cars came off the line with less then or more than one body, I'm guessing it's an average of 112 per day.
