    1967 L68 400hp Stamp Pad - legitimate or a re-stamp?

I would appreciate your insights as to the legitimacy of the stamp pad surface and stampings for the attached 1967 L68 400hp car. Does anything look suspicious/out of whack? Many thanks in advance.

Mark,With all the other stuff apparently not correct on this car, why would you continue to look at this car? Get one that is authentic, with validated tank sticker so you know the facts. John

I am not a pad expert, but I'm with Bob H. Look at not just the spacing of the characters, but each one looks to be the same depth. A little too good.

Buy the darn car, you know you want it, you keep looking for reasons to buy it. Will you be disappointed if you have it judged? YES will you have fun with the car driving it? YES You have to decide which is more important to YOU, having a "correct car" or having the one you want and can afford. It's pretty clear you are not listening to the others so I thought I'd play devils advocate!

Here is a photo of my stamp pad. I believe Tim Gilmore has a similar pad in the same early serial number range.
