The tank was missing. I ordered and received a new expansion tank. It has two pipes from the bottom for heater "type" hose size. Is this the correct tank? If so, Which hoses hook-up here? jackdr

The tank is the correct tank if it has the number "3016340" on the end of it (assuming that you don't have a big block with A/C).
The 3/4" heater hose from the water pump goes to the tank "front" nipple and the tank "rear" nipple then goes to the 3/4" fitting on the heater core.In Appreciation of John Hinckley -
