Steve, If I understand your question correctly the number on the Main Body of a correct '56 Carter Carburator for a 210hp. car would be 0-953 and the air horn would most likely be 6-1098 for an early car or 6-1151 for a later car.- Top

Steve, please tell me what the intake casting number and the casting date
is on your single four 56 car. I have been researching this issues for a number of years. Also, what is the approximate build date for your car?
