    John,

Your "Food for thought" post was far from dumb. It sparked dialogue amongst many and I'm sure each of us learned something, if not about ourselves.

Yes, this is a good discussion board and a great organization and it is so because of the many early members such as you that took the time to assist the newer members like me.

Thanks for your insight and time.

Now.... do you know where I can find a dohickie for the whatchamacalit? ;-)

Great post you can not fix it if you don't talk about it.
"Little old and burnt out" John you are counting the wrong pile.
Count the pile of people you have helped!!
                    It's more rewarding.

First time poster/9 out of 10 THANK YOU before you answer.

                      Denny,

The last thing in your post, "I hurt and disappointed a friend", IS a hard thing to fix, if you ever can.

I finally got the opportunity to start repairing that hurt for one of my oldest friends after 30 years. I will work diligently to fix it before it is forever too late.
