The door panels on my 67 roadster are in need of some serious "help". Several tears and rips that I don't think can be repaired to original standards. My panels are pretty plain Jane. Interior is saddle with exterior Marlboro Marroon. How many options were available and who is best resource. I've read alot about Al Knoch and am leaning towards them. Also is there any way of identifing on ANY 67 what door panel actually came on the car? In other words if I put in another style that was available for 67's would it pass NCRS? We've only been involced for about 4 years so I'm learning more daily about the Corvettes. For example I just read the other day my top (which is tan) was not offered in 67. It is in pretty good condition but because of the way it fits, mainly around the windows, I'm thinking of changing it also. I have gaps of almost 1 inch by windows. If I do change same question, what was original or can I find out by any identification on car? Thanks to all for your help! This board is a life saver for THIS novice!
