I'm in the process of rebuilding all the calipers on my 72. The rubber brake hoses were old so I figured I'd replace them as well. I took off the left rear brake hose and found that the threads in the brake block were stripped so I now need to replace that block. I looked at it and I can get a wrench on the brake line that goes to the right rear brake but I don't see an easy way to get a wrench on the line that comes from the front of the car. Do I have to pull out the entire brake line to replace the brake block or is there some other trick to removing the front line?
