'62 automatic bell crank finish

What is the correct finish on the '62 automatic transmission kick down linkage that bolts to the back of the engine block with the transmission mounting. The part in question consist of a bracket providing the two pivot holes, attached with two 3/8 bolts and the rod bent with arms at each end. thank you

roy; haven't ever seen a cad plated bell crank for the powerglides but i haven't seen them all. have you got a cad plated example? mike

It's a light cad look or some kind of coating, I just see and call it cad, they are all the same on Auto.and linkage and all 55 up Chevy Car Auto,
