    Kevin,

That's an interesting question. A friend of mine had a '66, original a.i.r. car judged. It had incorrect exhaust manifolds and none of the a.i.r. equipment installed. He received a low score Top Flight. I was surprised, but then again, I'm really not familar with the point system. Evidentally the car received enough points in all the other categories. I guess there's a big difference between a low and high scoring Top Flight.

Nope, "JA" is correct for that car - it had K-19, but the ad notes that the K-19 has been removed; another opportunity for Bill Hodel

Re: EBAY #4599453434 The Real Deal??? RE Jeremy

Hi Jeremy not defending this car but to let you know the written number on the tank sheet has nothing to do with the job numbers on the body panels or doors. It seem to be the correct number for this vin. Happy Holidays Phil 8063

            John,

So what would the enginge suffix be on a 67 400 hp, a.i.r. factory a/c car be?

            Thanks,
            Mark

              Rob,

Naw just like the pad take it all away and still top flight. And what you talkin bout low and high Top Flight. I know some guys think the higher score % the better the car, my Top Flight award looks the same.

I think it is a beautiful restored car, don't know enough about mid-years to judge but it will certainly be worth good money. Somebody did this job with a lot of care and love...

                  greetings,
                  Rob.

                    Mark -

A 400hp A.I.R. 4-speed would be "JF", or "JG" with Powerglide. A/C makes no difference in the suffix on a '67 BB.
