Grounding Wire ??? 1961

I have one last wire to connect on my 1961 and if everything is correct the electrical connections will be done. The problem is that I am not sure where this ground wire (???) connects. It seems to be a 12 GA black wire that I assume is a ground. It is approximately 3' long with two eyelets terminals. The wire travels from under the dash passenger side through the rubber grommet on the passenger or right side with the harness (not part of the harness). My best guess is that it metal dash support ground.

side radio mount bracket to valve cover. Check the AIM under the radio section--it should show that, as I recall.

I would have never thought of that, just finished tightening up the bolt and valve cover screw with the grounding wire.
