This thread makes me glad I do my own work....at least I know my parts are going back on my car! On the plus side, and from Bloomington classes, I have met Kevin McHale who runs a shop in Valley Stream NY (Long Island if I recall, what do I know from Tucson AZ, hey is that near Copiague LI Corvette??). Anyway, Kevin sure struck me as a shop I would trust implicitly. If I were you Katherine, I would have my car in his shop....Craig

YES!!!!!!!

There is absolutely NO ADVANTAGE to throwing gasoline on the fire where we have only one side of the story! Courts are the proper forum for legal dispute settlement and the 'press' (we ARE a public forum) is NOT the proper platform!!!

If everyone wants to chime in and add their two cents, fine. I'm butting out....

I've been through major litigation, understand the difference between liable, slander and 'cutsie' distinctions like California's 'libel per se' classification. My advice is simple, guys.

BACK OFF, SHUT UP and let the parties involved air their differences in a proper forum. This is a technical forum. I'm out of here.

further help with correcting your car, might I recommend Wild Bill Davis. He is located in Wrentham, Ma. I've had several dealings with him and have never been disappointed. Plenty of corvette knowledge, experienced and a corvette owner himself. Does his own work (no inexperienced hands) daily up-dates, pictures and/or video. Wild Bill 508-384-7373
