Anybody know where I can find a pair of seat belt gromments for a 69? This is the part where the belt goes through the carpet. Whoever replaced the carpet left these out. I have not seen these in any vendor catalogs.

The seat belt grommets that you describe are a very difficult-to-locate item. These were discontinued by GM a VERY long time ago. As far as I know, they are not reproduced. So, that pretty much leaves a used source as about the only option. The problem there is that these were a plastic part and may have deteriorated due to age.In Appreciation of John Hinckley -

As Joe said, they're not reproduced, and never were. They're tough to find. You might try used parts vendors, or peruse the Corvette flea markets. You can find them for about $20.00 +/- each. They're color coded to the carpet, but buy any you can find, as they can be vinyl spray dyed to match. Problem is that it is almost a 69 only item. Don't have my JG here...maybe some late 68's used them too. Keep looking. After you find one, you'll find 3 or 4 more in rapid succession.
