Good evening to all. Sorry to say the Steelers just lost in overtime!
I received an early birthday present today from the previous owner, in the mail today. I got my original 1972 owner's manual in its plastic envelope, with the Consumer Information bookelet and the trim ring instructions. It also contained the Emission Control Systems booklet. In addition, I also got some PO history, addresses, titles, and such.
My question concerns the plastic envelope that all of this came in. The repro that is in my car, in storage, has Chevy logos on it. This one is clear plastic but of the right size. The 1970-72 TIM&JG doesn't address the actual envelope other than to say it is plastic. Should it have logos and other information on it or should it be clear, as mine is?
Thanks to all.
Gary
