We all have tons of passwords to deal with and if we are wise we don't use one password for all of our favorite sites. Your banking password should not be used on your favorite porn site. Just a bad idea.
There is help available now both Internet Explorer and Firefox have password managers available. I would recommend the built in Password Manager in Firefox as my first choice. You can read about it here and see all of the features: http://support.mozilla.com/en-US/kb/...20Manager&as=q
For those of you who prefer Internet Explorer there are several plug-ins available. I have not tried any of them. You can find them here: http://www.ieaddons.com/en/search/?search=Password
I personally use a commercial program called RoboForm. It is not free but I have a huge number of usernames and password for myself and my clients and I can carry them all on my Thumb Drive wherever I go and feel confident that if I loose the Thumb Drive no one will be able to access them. You can find information at http://www.roboform.com/
