Hopefully helpful hint on navigating the new forum

When you enter the Forum in the menu you will see the Forums button on the far left. Mouse over it and the first thing on the drop down list is New Topics. That should show you all of the posts since your last visit.

In addition when you first come to the Tech Board look at the column on the right side of the page. Scroll down that column and look at the information there.

Latest Topics show a couple of the latest posts as well as the latest items in the Calendar.

Next is your Bookmarks. Find out about Bookmarks here.

Next on the list is the Tag Cloud. If members would learn to use this it would help everyone search for information relevant to them. This is only available when you start a thread. I need to remember to use this feature myself. When you drop down the Tag Cloud and click on one of the tags it is like an instant search on all the post with that tag.

The last item is Trending Posts listing the most active recent posts.

    I hope this information helps.

John, is there a way to have selecting "New Topics" easier for a mobile device? When on a tablet and you click the down arrow next to the Forum button, the drop down only stays open for about 1 second. Makes it very hard to select.

This appears to be the same for most of the drop downs.

    Thank you.

Dennis, iPhone or Android? It works properly on my Android.

It may be possible something in you phone setting isn't set properly?

My phone problem is that it doesn't show the upper Header Bar, to the right of the Dropdown tri-bar button as seen(or un-seen) below.
