Thanks to NCRS and the Shipping Data Report, I now know that my 1964 coupe was shipped to Hallman's Chevrolet in Johnstown, Pa on 11/15/63.
This agrees with the "C15" production date on my trim tag.
I bought the car on 6/3/1968 and have owned it ever since.
With the information I have, I am hoping someone can give me some history for the 4 years before I bought it.
Here is what I know:
When I bought the car, it also had a Yenko Chevrolet dealership back seat in it -- this seat is dealer option from Don Yenko's dealership in Cannonsburg, Pa (near Pittsburgh).
Here are some links for more information:

Attached are pictures of the original Yenko advertisement, my car, and recent pictures of my Yenko back seat.
With this information, it should make it easy for someone to recall this car.

Here is what I know:
- Car was shipped to Hallman's Chevrolet on 11/15/63 -- from Shipping data report and trim tag
- First title to original owner was issued on 5/12/64 (6 months after delivery, so car was in Hallman's inventory for 6 months, makes me believe it was a demo car)-- from Pa title info
- Someone changed the oil on 5/6/64, one week before first owner titled the car, with 485 miles on odometer (makes me believe it was a demo) -- from entry in original owner's manual. Since this is the only oil change entry in manual, logic tells me the Hallman's did it. If the original owner did it, I would expect him to have additional oil change entries in the owner's manual, and there aren't any.
- There is a Delco battery warranty card in the glove compartment for Sept of 1966 for "A. E. Smith 418 Hunter." No city or state given. Two years is a short battery life even for the mid '60s.
- I bought the car in Blairsville, Pa from "Bob & Dale Chevrolet" on 6/3/1968 with 29K on the odometer.
- When I bought the car, it had a metal plaque glued to the dash for the 1964 Watkins Glen races.
When I bought the car, it also had a Yenko Chevrolet dealership back seat in it -- this seat is dealer option from Don Yenko's dealership in Cannonsburg, Pa (near Pittsburgh).
