Yes, it's absolutely fascinating to me hearing about where some of these cars started out, and where they ended up 35 - 45 years later. Like I said in my original post, I was amazed to find out that my car started out at a dealership in northeast New Jersey and ten years later (about 1975) was in Appleton, Wisconsin. I'd just love to know where it was during those first ten years between the dealership lot and Wisconsin.
I have to say, I'm really enjoying the stories so far. It's interesting stuff. I really like the history of these great cars!!! It's not all just nuts and bolts. I hope more people will post their stories as they find out what happened to their cars over the years.
