Fuel tank level for national convention

I know I read it somewhere...was it less than 1/2 tank or 1/4 tank.

To quote David's letter on accepting a car for judging:

2014 NCRS Convention Vehicle Fire Regulations
The following fire regulations apply to Corvettes registered for display or judging inside the Convention Center.
- Less than a 1/4 tank of gas. Owners must manage this requirement. Convention staff will not be able to assist. No gas can be removed at HRCC.
- Gas cap taped shut. Convention staff will provide the tape.
- Battery cut off switch or battery cable disconnected.

It said Hampton Roads, but I guess it is the same as last year then.

What about 36.5 gal cars ? fuel gauge needle at 1/8 tank ?
