1958 Frame - Automatic question

Does anyone know if they had a different frame for a 58" automatic transmission or if they made one standard frame for both automatic and manual transmissions. ON a manual transmission there are two extra brackets welded to the frame to support the clutch system. Did the automatic transmission cars still have these brackets in place, just not used? Judged car so trying to make it correct.

Automatic cars did not have the brackets.

It this a deduction in the judging process, does anyone know and if so how many points ?

Don't know what the points are, but an automatic '58 with the clutch tower and Godzilla spring retainer (or their remnants) welded on the frame says, "I was born a stick, but I've been converted to an automatic".
