C3 Low Beam one off, turns on when on Hi Beam

Hi Everyone. Im back. After the Vette Smith finished up my call, all I have to do to it is drive it. Looking for more things to do. I found a problem. Need help..

When I turn on my headlights, on of the bulbs is off. However, when I hit the high beams, that light that was off turns on and all 4 lights are on. Any ideas??

Could be a connection but the low beam or outer bulbs have 2 filaments 1 for low beam and 1 for high beam. Sounds like your low beam filament has failed.
