62 wheels on a 63???

My son bought a Top Flight 62 Fuelie a few months ago that came with a second set of wheels and radial tires for road use. After he corrects a few age problems with the car he intends to re-sell it as a full correct T.F. 62 w/just the show bias ply tires. He suggested I might want the xtra wheels/tires to use on my 63. The tires are Goodyear Integras (nothing special), but I like the fact that the wheels will accept "dog dish" hub caps. The wheels are black now, but I'd have them re-painted my body color of Daytona Blue.

If they will fit, what hub caps will fit and what would be correct (so to speak)? I have a set of nice 63 hub caps from my old 63 Bel Air (?) that I owned for a few years (65-66) between stints in SEA. As aSaturday night show at Old Town, I think they would be cool (better than mags even).

Is it that the wheels are possibly wider on the 63?? (5-1/2" on the 63 vs. 5" on the 62) or something else??
Guess I better investigate this further including markings, dimensions, as well as the tires themselves. They look newer than mine, but I believe they are the same model.

62's were 5", 63-66 were 5,1/2". The potential center hub opening is slightly larger on the C1 than the C2, but that's not a real issue.
