The wing nut Mike posted pictures of can be found on all GM cars in 40's 50's and 60's .Harley Davidson also used the same wing nut .

The correct wing nuts are 1/4"-20. I discovered recently that not all GM cars used 1/4"-20 wing nuts. Some used 5/16" and some as small as 3/16".

I just found two more that I feel are close and will take to the convention. They are number 3 &4 from the left. Number two is what I have on the car right now.
