Tim, I never would have thought of dental plaster. My problem is his office has been calling me for 6 mos. to come in for a cleaning (I hate dentists, oops sorry, lots of bad experiences over the years). He's a good guy, maybe i'll give him a call. Thanks, Jim

Yes, Patrick, as I said above, I wouldn't dare use anything with silicone; the shop owner and my mentor would have me out in an hour!

Patrick, Kiwi neutral shoe polish, okay, I'll try it. I've been using a carnuba paste wax which works okay, but always looking for something better. Re rifles- I am a black powder shooter (loader), 45-70 Sharps and 54 caliber Hawken gun (muzzle loader), 45 cal Colt SSA so I am familiar with bedding stocks.

Scott, Yes, I will dye the resin to match floor pan. I've been experimenting with dyes as I and a friend are repairing tire tubs and covers. I have finally found a source for pigments and with experimentation got a mix that is the proper color for the tubs. Will try to find a mix of black and grey pigment that is right for '67 floor pan. thanks, Jim

Keith, nice, Bubba's manual calls for the same size hole in jack compartment!
