National Convention 200/300/400 Club Shirt Sizing

After registration for this year's national convention closes on June 1st, I will begin preparing the order for the personalized shirts for new members of the 200, 300 and 400 clubs who are registered for the convention. Here is a sizing chart that I received from our vendor (it includes both men and women sizing).

Please check your size and make sure that you enter the desired shirt size in your profile on the NCRS website. My experience is that the shirt sizes run large, so act accordingly. Your clothing award will be ordered using the size that appears in your profile on June 2nd. If there is no size in your profile, I will do my best to guess your size (probably not the best way to get an award that you worked hard to achieve).

This sizing chart only applies to 200, 300, and 400 club shirts. Do not use it as a guideline for 200 club jackets and Master Tabulator jackets (my experience is that the jacket sizes run truer).

If you change the size in your profile, remember to change it back after the convention.

Finally, I hope to have a set of sample shirts at the MN and CO regional meets for people to try on; this may help your decision.

I am normally an XL, but based on your advise in regard to the shirts running one full size larger, I am requesting a LARGE. Thank you and I look forward to seeing you and receiving my "400" judging award. Thank you.

Let me the first to congratulate you on the 400 Level Judging Award! I won't be able to attend the meet but would love to be there to shake your hand! I never took the opportunity to thank you for everything you have taught me, much more than you know! Your participation and knowledge on the judging floor helped me tremendously over the years! I thank you!

You'll need to send an email back to the National Judging Chairman with your 400 shirt size.

Since you say the shirts run a full size too large, I had best then go with a medium, since I am as slim and trim as my teenage daughter!
