1969 Rear Shocks Question

I have a 1969 convertible 350/350 with standard shocks. I am doing a frame off restoration on the car and have gotten to the shocks. I have NOS bushings for the bottom of the shocks but the top bushings are cracked. Is there any place I can obtain the rubber bushings to replace them? Thanks for any information. Steve

I don't know of a source. These bushings were never available from GM separately from the shock absorbers. I suppose the rationale was when you need new bushings, the plan was to just replace the shocks. They would also be difficult to replace as they may have been vulcanized-in-place.

However, very often the only problem with these bushings is relatively minor surface cracking on the exposed surfaces. This does not necessarily render the bushing unfit for further use.
