1972 Corvette Order Copy (tank sticker) question

I recently ran across a highly-optioned 72. (LS5, AC, steering, brakes, radio, power windows, tilt/tele, leather) (M20 car). The owner found the COC under the dash, and it is two pages. I'm assuming it would be a two-page document on the tank as well, but in checking the tech board, didn't find anything about that in previous threads. Is that a correct assumption? Who has found a two-page on the tank? Anyone? Attached are scans of front and back, just for fun.

    Mike,

My '72 LT-1 convertible had two build sheets. Most all options that were available for '72 this car had....including A/C.

      Mike,
It is pretty common to see two sheets for 1972. It was the beginning of the turn to luxury Corvettes.

A related question has come up on another forum. What do the notations F.HUB and R.HUB mean (just below Comfort & Con)?

I had a 67 390 conv. with 2 tank stickers as it was loaded also. Unfortunately my 70 545 all option conv. had only the top of one still on the tank.
