69 Wiper Door Override Valve Connector

While trying to ferret out some minor vacuum leaks I found that the rubber connector between the wiper door override valve and the hoses is split. I've searched many vendors, but can't find a source for these connectors (2nd one is on the headlamp override valve). Can anyone tell me where I might find them? To clearly identify the subject part I've attached photos of the parts and scan from the AIM showing the valve. The AIM doesn't identify the connector. I recently installed a complete set of hoses from Doc Rebuild, but I don't see this part on his website

You'll notice that the two holes on one end of the connector are flared. Does it matter if the flared holes are for the hoses or the valve? Both ends of the metal tube are flared. I assume that is make for a tighter fit. Because the parts are out o sight, I might just "repair" them with a bit of black gasket compound.

    Thanks,
    Mike

As far as I know these were never available in SERVICE from GM and I know of no reproduction source for them. However, it's possible that by now there is one.

Not the info I was hoping for, but now I know there's no need to waste more time looking for replacements. Time to get out the Bubba hat for a patch job.

      Thanks Joe.

Thanks for this post Mike. I currently have these connectors unplugged to diagnose a problem with the wiper interrupt switch, so I will be very careful handling those connectors!
