    Re: 67 on ebay

A couple of observations: Car is advertised as "0" miles restored. Why then is the top of the engine off? In photo #52 there is some signs of old dirt/grease caught in the lettering on the engine and some orange paint peeled off (preparation???). If this is "0" miles I would think that things would still be clean.... assuming engine was rebuilt. Tires are incorrect.

I tried to call dealer to get a better pic of engine pad - no answer and voicemail is full. prettty bad biz if no one is checking calls. Anyway - from the current picture of the pad not good. need high res close pic to tell. If they are claiming original motor or its not been decked, I would get them to have AL Grenning perform an affirmation. another big question is - I see they had the dealer delivery done by NCRS - why wouldn't they do the document service and confirm the tank sticker and window sticker are real?My suggestion would be before you spend a dime get these questions answered and if satisfied then spend $ for inspection of rest of car. proceed cautiously.

Seems I remember previous discussions about this tank sticker or one similar. The date to be built is prior to the order date. Did they forget to change from 66 to 67?
