found the holes for the seat belts. ones on door sides need the threads chased. The ones on the tunnel sides have holes drilled in floor but the nut to screw into is about an 1-1/2 to 2 inches below the floor . What to do next. Thanks Ron

If you get under the car you will see the retaining nut is welded to the bottom side of a brace. There is typically a rubber donut on top of this brace between it and the floor. This donut may be availible separately, if not find some thick rubber and make your own.
