Steel transmission tags

I have 3 tags that I think came from Muncie 4 speeds: 3946796; 3950356; and 3981709WT. Does anyone know what year and transmission ratios they designate?

GM #3950356-----1969 M-20 used for Corvettes and other vehicles

GM #3946796------I can find no record of this number

GM #3981709------1971 M-20 used on Corvettes and other vehicles. "WT" is probably the broadcast code for this transmission

None of them fit the cars I expected. If you can use the 71 tag, it's yours. PM me your address.
