    Best Way To Clean '61 Door Panel Sheet Metal

    I replaced my '61 door panel sheet metal a few years ago and want to clean and detail it. I know it is very easy to scratch. Is there a good cleaner and technique to clean it without scratching it? Thanks!

      Larry, I have used Meguiar's SwirlX on my '57 interior metal to just bring out the lustre and for those parts with small scratches Meguiar's has a fine metal polish. I have also used Flitz which is very good and for minor cleanup glass cleaner. Depending upon condition I apply and polish with micro fiber cloth or 0000 steel wool. Steve

          Thanks Steve. I do not need any abrasive. I will try glass cleaner or some regular wax.
