C2 Window_ upper roller track

Another window alignment question. Attached is a photo of an "upper roller track" that connects the "sash" to the regulator. There is a slight bend in it The paragon catalog describes the part as having a "slight curve". 2 part question: 1) What is the correct orientation of the curve; up or down (the curve is up in the photo)? 2) Does the curve in the photo look normal? It looks a little kinked to me.

Compared to your long roller track, mine definitely looks like it has been in a bind and gotten bent or kinked.
