1965 Seat Track Slide/Adjustment Bushing Repair or Replacement

Anyone had any luck with tightening these up so they are not so loose or sloppy on the slide fit? I haven't found any Corvette parts vendors that sell these. I'd like to tighten them up so they don't fail the PV... or will the new bushing springs that I'm going to replace tighten things up?

    Thanks,

James, my first thought would be the new bushings/springs would make for a tighter fit. Measure the OD of the old and new and check the difference in thickness.

Anyone have a idea of what grease to use when reassembling the seat track slides? White lithium or possibly something a bit thicker?

      Thanks,
