Craig, US royal safety 800 is one of the manufacturers.

My 63 came originally with U.S. Royal black walls. I was very disappointed upon delivery as the reputation we held of U.S. Royals was not very good at the time. They were know to blow out unexpectedly, specially when pressed like during a drag race. As it was, we ran my Vette up over 130 mph in Navada a number of times with nary a problem (dumb fools!). I still have a new original in the spare tire tub that's never been on the ground. Now that could be a testament to the good tires that I put on after, or that I wore them out before I had any problem with them.
