My GM 1984-87 Parts and Illustration Catalog circa SEP 1986 lists the 84-87 part # 14076169 Fill neck gasket for $0.95
My previous purchase from my local Chevrolet dealer for the above gasket on 7/14/2006 new part #10140598 cost $7.19.
Yesterday visited the same local Chevrolet dealer to purchase a new C4 fuel tank filler gasket. Was given the price of $77.71 with a sell price to me at $64.76 and new part #25091503.
I did not purchase a new gas tank filler gasket, I was only going to purchase a spare for my two C4's. This gasket is really over priced. It is only a very thin composite type gasket.
GM Parts Direct price of filler neck gasket is List $64.76 sell price $34.32+ S&H $9.97= $44.29.
