    Radiator Cap Restoration Resource?

I did a search but could not find info: My radiator cap is correct RC 15 -longer ears, non service replacement for copper radiator. The lower flange on the cap (which I believe to be brass flange?), and has the rubber gasket, is cracked on one side all the way through. Is it possible to repair? is there a resource that can restore the caps?

Joe Perri. Advertises in the Driveline. Phone is (312) 307-1977.

Just sent him my RC-26 cap to restore/repair.

I received my cap back for Joe Perri and thought I'd share a pic. I don't have a before shot but it was in bad shape. The underside brass flange was split and the top was extremely pitted. Joe did a great job IMO, cap is in working order and I am really impressed how he was able to minimize the pitting. Great guy to deal with, good communication through the entire process. Thanks!

The work he did on my RC-26 cap was also outstanding. He is the "go to" guy for this work.

Ditto, Joe is the best at this restoration.
