RPO 276 wide wheel option 1962 Dog dish hubcaps

Are the three nubs that hold the hubcap the same on a 1964/64 steel wheel as it is on a 1962 wide wheel? Will the dog dish from 1962 fit a 1964 wheel?

Yes.
From personal experience, I have observed that 14 and 15in wheels which have the nubs for the small center caps will work with just about any 55-later caps. My little trailer has late-60s 14in Chevelle wheels and my 56 has 15x6 front and 15x7 rear wheels from mid-70s GM A-body cars (Malibu, Cutlass, etc). All of the wheels have 56 caps and they all fit fine.
