1966 AIM Missing Pages

I suspect I know the answer to this, but my 66 AIM is missing pages A2 and A3 from the UPC 1 BOLT WELD section. Are these two pages missing in all copies?

I order one of the CD that has all C2 AIMs on it and the pages are missing on it also.

Don - The 66 AIM I have has UPC 1 BOLT WELD, SHEET A2; but no A3 or A4. I checked the 67 AIM I have & it has both UPC 1 BOLT WELD, SHEETs A3 & A4. I expect the 67 AIM pages are identical to the 66 AIM pages with the exception of the document numbers. The 66 AIM is 3878100 & the 67 AIM is 3891772.

Yes I did find the pages in the 67 AIM on my CD. I was looking for the page with the tabs for the rocker molding. My 66 has 6 tabs, but looks like the 67 only had four. Other than that, I suppose they are the same.
